Positano is always stunning

No matter how many times I have been to Positano, I always find it stunning.  Whether it’s cliff-hanging views, charming streets, houses of the cliffs, shades of the water, huge lemons, or the combination of it all, Positano just impresses me.

While I have written several posts on Positano ranging from Why I love Positano to the Festa del Pesce held in September, this post is to share some of my favorite photos with you from our visit a few weekends ago.

My comments of “Wow that’s gorgeous” or “This is unreal” often prompt the reply from Luca that it’s not like if it is my first time here.  It sure isn’t as we are fortunate to have a house here but Positano has that special something that makes it feel as if it’s always a first visit.

Hope you enjoy the photos and if you have been to Positano, what is it about this town that you love the most?

This eerie shot was taken while driving to Positano. It seems to perfectly illustrate the words of John Steinbeck “It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone.”
